The course is 100% suitable for anyone that just wants to feel safe in the water. It has 3 x 3-week easy to learn programs for the beginner section and 3 x 3-week programs for the advanced section that cover 12 stages. So, as you progress you can access the next level over time. At the end of each section, there is a quiz to help you retain all the information. 

The course is broken down into 12 stages. These stages are set up in 4 key areas; Safety, Land Training, Water and Realistic Training. After each section, there is a comprehension quiz to help you retain the information. 

The Complete Course includes programs for both the beginner and advanced levels as well as The Elite Mindset program. There is a total of 34 videos, with 2 hours and 16 minutes of content.

The Beginner Course includes all the same videos as the Complete Course + The Elite Mindset program, but excludes the advanced stages. There is a total of 32 videos, with 2 hours of content.

The course is self-paced, therefore the duration is up to the individual. This course has up to 9 weeks of easy to follow training programs to insure you master the skills correctly.

Mark Visser
Mark is an Australian big wave surfer, author, keynote speaker and ocean adventurer. He is the 2014/15 Big Wave Paddle-in Champion and 3x runner up for the ASL Big Wave Awards. He is known as one of the fittest watermen in the world. Visser is a coach to many world champion athletes, professional sporting teams, business and elite military groups around the world.

Shane Dorian
Shane is an American surfer from Kailua-Kona, Hawaii. He spent 11 years touring on the World Championship Tour as a professional surfer. Dorian quit competition surfing in 2003 to focus on big waves. He is currently a big wave surfer and one of the best in the world.

Ant Williams
Ant broke the world record for the deepest dive under the ice. He reached a depth of 70 metres and dropped the Guinness World Records. His longest dynamic swim in competition is 223m and breath-hold time is 8mins.

William Trubridge
A world champion and double world record holding freediver from New Zealand. As of 2013 Trubridge holds the world record in the free immersion and the constant weight without fins disciplines, and was the first to break the 100m barrier unassisted.
