Is this course right for me?

This course is for anyone that wants to be able to hold their breath longer and become more confident in the water. It has been made for total beginners to advanced athletes with two separate programs and videos to suit everyone’s ability.

From the person just starting their life in the ocean, the weekend surfer wanting to feel more confident at their home break or the accomplished surfer heading on an overseas surf trip, this course is beneficial to everyone. It even helps people that don’t practice water sports at all, such as business professionals who simply want to practice the breathing techniques to relieve stress.

How is this different from other courses?

The Ocean Warrior Course has been designed by world class athlete’s that live and breathe these situations on a daily basis.

The problem is, no surfers have ever really been taught these skills. It’s always been, people that don’t surf themselves teaching technical things about how to hold your breath. And guess what? Those skills are great, but they don’t often work when you’re in the surf. Your dealing with things like, currents, turbulence, high heart rates, your board and so many other things. What’s applicable in one arena doesn’t always carry over to another.

Often these water courses are designed by ‘one’ expert or can be simply one person’s opinion. The Ocean Warrior Course has been created by a group of elite water experts from a variety of areas working together to create the most realistic and success driven course available.
