There are only a few people who are skilled and confident enough not to need such a course. Most of us have some ‘built-in’ basics for survival, but often not enough. All ocean users would benefit from this course.
Broken up into smaller stages, the Ocean Warrior Beginner Course 2021 consists of 32 videos and 2 hours of easy to learn content, including downloadable PDFs and Certificates on completion.
These stages include the Safety, Land, Water, and Realistic stages. It is the combination of all four stages that truly makes this program the most realistic and complete package for superior water skills and confidence. The comprehension quiz after each stage is also a fun way to retain all of the skills needed to help you become a master in this space.
The Safety Course includes necessities like the principles of CPR, compression rates and procedures, how to treat lacerations, dislocations, and how to make and use a tourniquet, amongst other lessons.
The Land Course includes breathing activities to reduce brain wave activity and how to extract the most oxygen from a single breath. It includes training lessons to expand your lung capacity, and more.
The Beginner Water Course includes dealing with fearful surf scenarios, efficient swim techniques to break the surface and conserving oxygen underwater. It also deals with multiple hold-downs, amongst other lessons.
The Beginner Realistic Training Course teaches you how to apply everything you have learned in the previous stages. It also teaches you how to deal with hold-downs and how to move, hold, and breathe in high heart rate situations.
Along with all of this, the Ocean Warrior beginner Course 2021 also includes The Elite Mindset Program. The Elite Mindset program includes high-level training, like the science of breathing techniques, performance through physiology, techniques to advance your abilities in and out of the water, and how to set yourself up for success. If you break the course stages up individually, there is a significant amount of detail in each step. These provide exceptionally valuable content to help you get the edge.

MEET YOUR COACH
Mark Visser is an Australian big wave surfer, author, keynote speaker and ocean adventurer. He is the 2014/15 Big Wave Paddle-in Champion and 3x runner up for the ASL Big Wave Awards. He is known as one of the fittest watermen in the world. Visser is a coach to many world champion athletes, professional sporting teams, business and elite military groups around the world.
